Our business hours are Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 4:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays. We are a small business and we ship everything from our Studio; which is based in Hoults Yard, Byker, Newcastle Upon Tyne. We aim to process all Lifestyle & Homeware orders in 2-4 days, However Dried Flowers will take between 5-7 working days due to product availability and the time taken to make the arrangements, although we do aim towards a quicker turnaround time. If dried flower orders are urgent (i.e. for a special occasion) We'll try our best to fulfil orders as quick as possible. Please contact us if this is the case.
We use Royal Mail or an appropriate Courier for the shipping of the majority of items we stock. Please allow 3-5 working days from your receipt of your dispatch notification. We use Second Class as Standard for all our Nationwide deliveries.
If you change your mind about an item, we gladly accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order. Please note, that Muscari Studio does not offer free returns. In such case, you are welcome to choose a local courier. We do recommend to send a package with a tracked service. If it is after the 28 days since you received the item a credit note will be issued.
How to return an item in three easy steps
1. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package.
2. Please remember to include your order number as without this we will not know who the parcel came from. A little note is helpful so we understand why it wasn't suitable.
2. Send your parcel to our studio and remember to ask for proof of purchase incl. tracking number from the postal service.

If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction in your refund.
When we have received your return parcel, we will send you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our warehouse.
It is not possible to get the refund credited to another debit/credit card account than originally used - even if the item was received as a gift
Dried Flower Return Policy
We hope that you will LOVE your dried flowers! However, if for any reason you are not happy with the dried flowers you receive once they have arrived with you, then do let us know within 14 working days of delivery. Please do drop us an email with your order number at Customerservice@muscari.studio and we will be in touch asap!
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for all return postal charges. When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a tracked service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. The Item/s remain your responsibility until they reach us. Flowers must be returned to us in their original box with the packaging wrapped as delivered and in perfect condition.
